I am making a deal to buy a Swedish Mauser from a party back East. The rifle was made in 1918. He is requiring a copy of an FFL and will ship it to my dealer. My question is, once the rifle arrives, can I just pick it up from my FFL dealer since it is a C&R gun or do I have to do the 10-day wait? Thanks!

Depends on if you have a C&R license. If the answer is no, then yes, you have to wait.Originally posted by SundownerI am making a deal to buy a Swedish Mauser from a party back East. If the answer is yes, then get him a copy of your C&R license and then it can be shipped straight to you.Primary author of gunwiki.net - 'like' it on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Gunwiki/242578512591 to see whenever new content gets added!
