He repeats this common scary lie:

The Supreme Court has ruled that treaties DO NOT TRUMP the Constitution.

Anyone who repeats this nonsense is just as unreliable as those who repeat the lie that 90% of captured guns come form the US.

That could, and likely would change with just one more leftist/internationalist supreme court appointment. We are exactly one heart attack or stroke from that happening. Never minimize the danger such treaties represent in the hands of a Progressive majority in the court combined with a hard-core anti-gun Progressive like Obama in the White House. Someone willing break the law and sanction straw buys and gun smuggling in order to manufacture a fake gunrunning crisis and justify more gun control laws.
