CA stupid gun laws

Last year I was at the 6 Man Vollelyball Tournament in Manhattan Beach. Many people dress up in costumes. I snapped this picture of a girl and then later realized she was breaking California law....

We have all heard the rediculous cases of open carriers being arrested and charged when they are 10 ft within a school zone. Do you think this women would have been arrested ?

as a misdemeanor

Both the revolver and the billy club look to be cheap plastic, and not the real thing. The cuffs look to be cheap metal like what magicians use.

Even if she got a ticket she probably wouldn't pay it. Other states and countries don't have silly laws about imitation firearms; she was probably just ignoring CA law. My guess is she is in Hawaii now...

I know I might be a jerk for this, but I would lean towards caling the cops on her and getting her arrested.

She is breaking the law. If people dont like the law then change it but she IS breaking the law.
