Awesome Pictures of 2A observers in Tuscaloosa

General devestation in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Many people lost everything. The devestation is way worse than can be communicated with photos or video. There is an overall atmosphere of Jesus's words "Love your neighbor as yourself". An outpouring of love and support has come from all over. I saw work crews from Michigan, Texas, and heard there was a crew coming from California/UCLA. This experience is very humbling, but morale is fine. We have been realigned on what is really important in life. If you need one of these photos for public release please contact me to obtain that release.

One of the shots shows an open carrying (I assume loaded) man chatting, and I mean chatting, not 'chatting' (harassed/arrested/shot) with a couple of LEO's who are knoshing on some vittles.

If you transposed this picture to CA the scene would likely be extraordinarily different.

hard to say, it is legal to open loaded carry on private property, provided no other restrictions are being violated.

As long as the private property isn't also considered a "public place".

12031. (a) (1) A person is guilty of carrying a loaded firearm when
he or she carries a loaded firearm on his or her person or in a
vehicle while in any public place or on any public street in an
incorporated city or in any public place or on any public street in a
            prohibited area of unincorporated territory.

Private property can be considered a "public place" if it is accessable by the general public without having to enter through or pass over a barrier such as a fence.

So, if you have an unfenced front yard, in incorporated territory, you cannot carry a loaded firearm on that portion of your property.

If you haven't seen it with your own eyes,
or heard it with your own ears,
don't make it up with your small mind,
or spread it with your big mouth.
