Shows the value of good legal counsel.ARCHIVED Calguns Foundation Wiki here: http://web.archive.org/web/201908310...itle=Main_Page
Frozen in 2015, it is falling out of date and I can no longer edit the content. But much of it is still good!Comment

Well, this demonstrates the need for a widespread plan to use the right cases in the right places in the right order to achieve what we need. The only use this case has, maybe, is to demonstrate a split needing the Supremes to step in at some time.
However, how much better to win the winnable cases first and then show precedents to courts like this, which can be expected in advance to be opposed to granting the plaintiff's case.John -- bitter gun owner.

NJ court system
NJ court system is corrupt.
The Fed court system may not be much better, but at least it would eventually run into the SCOTUS.
We will probably see a SCOTUS carry case within next two years and then we will be done with the garbage.
