For that to happen, the victim disarmers in the legislature would have to resign en masse.

The piece of legislation that protects your right to conceal carry in California was adopted on December 15, 1791, along with the rest of the Bill of Rights.

He may just be out of date

There really was one of these, not that long ago (two sessions or something?)

Just changed "may" into "shall" in the extant PC. Died in committee as I recall.

Although "shall issue" isn't really the same as Constitutional Carry... similar idea, though.

Well then what makes a politician? Can I become the president of my homeowners association and then carry concealed?

Breaking out in screaming laughter from time to time is a great stress reliver.

Toss down a double shot of your favorite bourbon with that sandwich.

I remember that. Was about to hit the CGN Search button, but you found it.

Steve Knight was my hero for introducing AB 357, but I quickly realized it wouldn't last 5 seconds before the Public Safety Committee would "shoot" it down.

                      Pun intended.
