Need help finding two cases...

I am trying to locate the citations of two cases centering on legal aliens being able to obtain a CCW in the U.S.:


Arnold Dorsey v LVMPD and more recently, ACLU v Jefferson Co. Sheriff and the Kentucky State Police.
