Whoa, there! I don't want to give violent criminals any more incentive to develop telekinesis. That'd be just as bad as that time that I (presumably) created a species of super-intelligent rabbits by catching a rabbit in my garage (before my dogs got to it), giving it some sage advice (*), and letting it go.
