      HERE, HERE!!!! I hope everyone & their families are enjoying each others' company on this holiday. It's just 3 of us here today (my Son, Grandmother, & me), but I'm going to make the best of it. Rib Roast is out & getting to room temp for the 'mini-grand feast' tonight, Jagermeister is chilling in the freezer....all is well.

                                              Merry Christmas everyone! The community here is what I would regard as one of the best Christmas presents a person could ask for.
                                              The Constitution is not "the Supreme Law of the Land, except in the face of contradicting law which has not yet been overturned by the courts". It is THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND, PERIOD. You break your oath to uphold the Constitution if you don't refuse to enforce unadjudicated laws you believe are Unconstitutional.
