    962 question regarding calguns vendors..

    does anyone have a clue as to whether or not the vendors in the sponsor directory will ship ammunition in to california after 2-1-2011???

    i was looking and there are out of state sponsors up there...

    just wondering..

      I think it'd be cool if the Calguns sponsor vendors gave California the middle finger and continued to ship ammunition into the state. 'cause seriously: what's California going to do? What *can* California do to an out-of-state vendor?

      I'm pissed that the OOIDA v. Lindley case was thrown out, as it would have put a stop to this nonsense.

        Google "long arm statute" to see what California can do.

        As I understand it California (and maybe NJ) really went overboard on long arm jurisdictions. What's needed is one of the states that were willing to stand up to the Feds (Montana & Tennessee maybe) to stand up to California and say FU! & your long arm statute.
