ppt to ppt ammo sales after feb 1.2011..

1)does anyone know the rules for ppt sales??

2)what about a person that supplies all the ammo for a particular caliber at a shoot and the shooters pay for what they use??

3)can a 03ffl apply for a ammo sales permit??

just a few ideas i was thinking about..

#3 is interesting as those that want a bulk shipment can order threw the proxy and then do the transaction(print,paper,license,tax)...

Person to person ammo sales need only be face to face when inside CA. You have to not sell to someone who is prohibited or under age so you may want to look at ID if they look young.
