The last thing I was able to get out of Wildhawker about these is that they are possibly several weeks away. That was a week ago that he told me that. If anyone knows different or better, please chime in. If your out this way in Placer, Sutter, Yuba, I would be happy to offer my 2 cents in getting yours put together. IANAL, so take it for what you think it's worth... Hehe!
