diversion and ulterior motives for gun laws.

Our opponents harp about the need for restricting our gun rights and we go into defense mode to protect our rights.

Even when our opponents lose, they win because they did something in the eyes of their sheeple voters.

The reality is most politicians would like to avoid gun votes all together, but we have people who sponsor stupid laws and people for the most part follow party line.

Most of the sponsors of gun restrictive laws come from areas that are crime infested.
The people in those districts want something done about crime.

The fact that government policies of the NASIes(Nanny Authoritarian Statist Idiots) created the problems is something these NASIes dont want anyone looking at, so they promote gun laws to divert attention away from failed government policies.

If we address those failed policies and come up with real solutions we could divert the public eye where it belongs in the first place.

Only problem I see with that is the people don't want to admit the failures either. . . they would rather be mesmerized by the non-effective gun law and say they did something by voting for it.
Nothing to see here. . . Move along.

But...but...but...but governor toad said California is a leader in common sense gun laws. Don't you believe in common sense laws? Some people on this forum also voted for Harris and Boxer. Go figure.

Solution? Figure out how much money is coming in and don't spend more than that. DO NOT raise taxes/fees/get loans to keep spending the same or more.

Yes, people might have to support themselves.
