For some reason, I thought the fingerprint requirement and the 50rd/month limits were removed from the form of AB962 that was signed into law. Can anyone confirm or correct?

The 50 round requirements were removed. The fingerprint requirement is still there. The Calguns/NRA suit (challenging 12318) and the CRPAF/NRA suit (challenging 12060, 12061, and 12318) are proceeding nicely. I would not expect much out of the State Ammunition case. It should not have been filed when it was and was done so against advice not to for multiple reasons, and it needs major retooling if it should ever be filed at all. Ultimately, if needed, it should be redone and refiled taking multiple factors into consideration at the appropriate time.Last edited by CMonfort; 11-05-2010, 3:22 PM.Comment
