Selling a rifle to an out of state ffl question

My wife has a rifle she bought a few years ago and rarely shoots and wans to get rid of. She saw at a pawn shop in oregon some earring she wants the pawn shop has an ffl. so i just want to make sure its legal for her to sell/trade it to them before we make the drive back up to do it?

    thanks

100% A-OK...no issues to deal with for that kind of transaction. Although you might want to post it here first...pawn shop is going to low-ball you on the value of the gun (remember they're in the business of making money so they won't offer you near what it's worth).
