Solano still isn't in. MSNBC still thinks Boxer will win.

Could we be seeing one of those irritatingly long and painful recalls in which the Dems "find" all kinds of votes, and they keep counting until every last dead person has voted?

I seem to recall this happened the last time the AG was up for grabs: The Rep was a fair bit ahead in the raw numbers when I went to bed, when I woke up, the cities had reported in their final tallies and Brown had won it.

Might wanna change the name of the Thread to "Brown and Fiorina declared the winners in CA"! Carly just took Riverside County and that has her above Barb. by at least 20k votes. Don't give up hope!

But as far as Brown goes..... This reminds me of an REM song....

"It's the End of the World as we know it!"

Add in the Carly Fiorina part...

Let's not call this thing until we have 100%.

With so many ballots mailed in, it's going to take a long time (days) before they're all counted. In most cases, the registrar of voters will cross-check the signatures on the envelopes with official records, and with the rosters at polling places, to be certain the absentee ballot is not from someone who also voted at the polls. This all takes time... I would not be surprised if we have some cliff-hangers in this state, on into the weekend.

                          Please count the mail ins....
Why wouldn't they count mail in ballots??

I'm whatever about Brown. I just can't take Whitman seriously at all.

I really hope Boxer loses. She is such a hypocrit. She has a CCW for god sakes!

I'm curious as to whether the DA of SF won AG. Hope not.

Yep. That's one of the three reasons I bothered to vote at all in this election.

Dude stop with all of this obvious common sense stuff. Don't you know that the hip thing to do is vote for the lesser of the two evils? Evil is in, even if it is of the lesser variety.
