          I haven't checked up on the Federal District Court case (OOIDA v. Lindley) lately, but it looks like the State Court action (Parker v. California) that challenges AB962 on vagueness, has a hearing for the preliminary injunction scheduled for November 3:

          Hopefully we're successful, but either way, I think I'm going hedge my bet and start reloading.
