The point being: Not all Democrats are anti-gun.

But if we look at the numbers, Democrats form only approximately 31% of the supporters of the bills cited by Mr. Kopel. That would indicate that somewhere around 69-70% of Democrats are not supportive of the RKBA.

We need to work on a P.R. campaign that puts the RKBA into the same civil-rights category as free speech, privacy rights, trial by jury and the 5th Amendment right. By changing the minds of millions who have been "conditioned" over the last 40 years to see guns as "evil", we can affect the way the legislature sees the issue.
