"In 2002, he [Moreno] upheld the right of counties and cities to ban gun shows at county properties like fairgrounds."

That pretty much says it all. His judgment harmed Calif. gun owners in a very real way.

He is the reason that Nordyke didn't win on preemption grounds.

Also, for those who have him, Judge Jenkins who has ruled against the Nordykes twice in Federal District Court has left the Federal bench for the state bench and is up for election this year.
