    move

If rhis bill passes and cali doesn't have ccw fixed, I bet a lot of people are just going to chamhe state residences.

Hell, Nevada CCW is good for 5 years, no state income tax,can buy class 3 arms.

Similar situation right now withe Delaware.

The key thing with this is to not do it as a one time deal for show. Put it in every bill Congress brings up until it passes, DO NOT take no for an answer.

I believe it has come up several times in years past, with last years vote coming short by 2 votes in the senate. It'll be attached to a "must pass" bill so that Obama will have to sign it. If it were introduced on its own next year with the new senate it would probably pass but I would highly doubt Obama would sign it, and the numbers probably would not be enough to override a veto.

The link above has this language:

The above is the latest language that has been proposed for carry reciprocity in Congress. There is the bare possibility that the Palmer case as well as the Gubernatorial elections in Illinois and Wisconsin turning those states into Right to Carry states would eliminate the need to exclude the three jurisdictions which ban carry from the reciprocity bill.
Who's the sponsor of the bill? They should include DC as well, since DC technically does have a provision for concealed carry in their laws.
