Confused AB962 and AB2358

I thought 962 was in effect still , scheduled for feb,1,2011.Than haveing been awhile I noticed 2358 is this now AB 962 or is it seprate cause it still sounds the same or is the same but admended ................

AB 2358 was a proposed bill this last session that did not pass. Had it been adopted it would have amended AB 962 in various ways.

CRPA Foundation has filed a motion for an injunction to stop enforcement of AB 962, and Calguns/NRA also have a challenge pending against AB 962; read about it all here:

AAHHH got it I'll stay in touch , now are other states helping ini the motion of this injunction ?

Like , are they scared if it works for california it'll work for, say Nevada,Arizona,ETC....
