    Nagant Revolvers on Aim

There are currently some Nagant Revolvers on Aim. They don't say "Not for sale in CA" so has something changed with the law?

I was under the impression that someone with a C&R license had to drive a C&R handgun in from out of state. Can we ship them in now and register them when they get here?

    Thanks.

Even with a 03-FFL, C&R handguns need to be shipped to a CA FFL dealer.

C&R handguns are exempt from the approved list.

4473/DROS and 10 day wait needs to be done on them.
However, a 03-FFL with a COE is exempt from the 10 day wait.
