Most of the people on whom the characters in Animal House were based went on to become lawyers. It really isn't that special.

      Yup....

A friend of mine (Where are ya Mike Dicta?) showed me this a few weeks ago.... They skipped i. I was going to email them about it, but there are no email addresses listed on their website.

**** happens. Guys... Honestly.... the WAY California Law is now written (Subparagraph j, sub sub paragraph 2, sub sub sub sub sub sub paragraph zzz) its any wonder anybody can read this crap any more.

I would welcome any of you to compare the state codes of places like NEVADA to California (Ive never seen another state write laws as rambling and verbose as we do).... And then remind you that brevity is the sole of wit.

I sent a friendly note via their "contact us" page about the error. They actually did correctly read the exemption for Peace officers (active or retired) but didn't read far enough down to see that people with valid licenses issued per 12050.... were also in the same exemption. I imagine that they didn't look that up.

Here's one law firm I *won't* be hiring if I ever end up in trouble (god forbid).

I considered pointing out that it is also the soul of wit, solely to pick a nit, but I decided that would sound too fishy. But if the shoe fits....

What do you need guns for if you are going to send your children, seven hours a day, 180 days a year to government schools? What do you need the guns for at that point?-- R. C. Sproul, Jr. (unconfirmed)

Duh ... my bad! Was thinking of the AZ changes.

Unless the permit is restricted or a school event is held in an otherwise CCW restricted location there should be no legal problem.

Is this an example of someone putting their foot into it?
