PayPal OK for Gun Sales?

I'm well aware of the "I got screwed by PayPal" stories, often regarding otherwise legal gun related items as well as other general problems. However, the June issue Guns & Ammo presents on page 10 the information that PP now allows gun sales by "pre-approved dealers" and quotes a PP executive.

Now I don't assert PP is a wonderful, gun friendly company - but does anyone have further information? That a large company went from no gun sales to some gun sales is at least a positive statement about our purchasing power, correct?

i've used paypal for gun stuff, but use different wording instead of guns... i.e. 1911 panty

gearpay is cool and all, but they charge you for (basically) EVERY transaction... Paypal is free for all (if you have the cheap account)

What are you talking about? I have purchased at least two precision monkey wrenches and paid for them via paypal.

Sure, one of them said something about fal barrel wrench or something, but its precision I tell you.
