    McDonald v Chicago review

Last night i read all oral arguments in regards to this case. Hey i had nothing better to do last night!

Is it fair to say that it all seems to be coming down to Justice Kennedy? I actually thought McDonald did well in their arguments against the left with a little guidance from Scalia. (evn though Scalia is looking for a reason to incorporate) I thought Chicago did poorly with the right and the left and with guidance!

It's interesting to know that both sides agree that the Attorney(s) for Chicago did poorly.

On that note, I'd like to know if there will ever be an audio transcript of the arguments.

    Erik.

Do you want an AOW or C&R SBS/SBR in CA?

Here is a good analysis of a few legal scholars to see what is being argued in this case. It is a 45 minute audio and must be downloaded but it is pretty insightful. Their views are there own.
