    Open carrying under 21?

Can I open carry a handgun under the age of 21? (I think I can)
If I can do I have to own the gun? (Have my mom transfer it to me)
Or could I open carry my brothers if he lives with me?

Not that I'm planing to I'm just wondering and even if i was planning to I do not have 50k for all the legal stuff. (that would happen If a LEO wasted mine and his time)

You must be at least 18 to lawfully possess a handgun in California. Your mother can transfer ownership to you through intrafamilial transfer, or you can borrow the handgun from anyone. It does not need to be registered to you. If you are borrowing a handgun, you need to possess a Handgun Safety Certificate.
