New Fe AW ban and M1 Scout

OK.. lets say I have am M1 Scout.. and its Cali legal. If The fed AW passes..and its considered an AW.. what are the odds that I can get Cali to make ita registrable AW.. and I can add all the goodies I want.

In fact.. if the Fed AW ban passes.. I think we should petition court to have our OLL's get grandfathered in and be registered in kali as full AW's.

California's registration scheme has nothing to do with Federal legislation.
