Friend of mine told me that Sheriff Hill is retiring this year.
He didn't know who was running, but with a new sheriff coming into town, it gives us an opportunity to possibly get a more favorable CCW policy with the new sheriff on a friendly basis.
Is there anyone here who lives in San Benito county.
San Benito going shall issue could influence more favorable CCW policies out of surrounding counties and cities.
Don't expect changes in Santa Clara county, but it could influence Monterey and Merced as well as maybe the Gilroy PD if they haven't gone "G".
