    Richmond LCM Repeal Rescheduled for 2nd Reading on 1/19

    Apparently due to technical glitches in the process. Not sure what that means exactly, but we will continue to track until the City completes the second reading. Please stay tuned for further updates.

          Most if not all municipal regs require a 2nd reading to become law.
