Out of State Resident Bringing Firearms

So I have a friend (seriously) that resides out of state, but maintains a temporary residence here (business travel). He would like to bring a few toys here for range fun. Specifically in question are 1) a non-Panther DPMS AR, 2) a mini-14, and 3) a Glock 19. I responded as such:

    1) AR flowchart must be followed, so a "bullet button" or similar magazine lock must be fitted prior to entry into the state. No 10+ round magazines can go on a BB equipped AR.

    2) The Mini-14 is OK, but he can't bring 10+ round magazines with him.

    3) Glock is OK, but he can't bring 10+ round magazines with him.

Did I get that right? Anything else he should be concerned with?

    Thx...
