    High Capacity Laws.

I'm sorry if this is a Dupe but I searched and couldn't find the answer. I know that there are several high capacity mags out there that have been pinned or otherwise made so that can accept no more than 10 rounds. Mostly I'm familiar with the 10/20-30 pmags and the like.

My question is this, what is the law regarding doing the same thing to a handgun magazine? How permanant does the fix has to be? Can it be as simple as putting a plug in the magazine as you would for a hunting shotgun?

    Thanks for any help.

Why? Do you intentionally want a magazine sticking far out of the mag well, like a glock 10/33 mag? lol... Ok I can see that.
