      On a side note. I wonder if the City Attorney Eileen Teichert, is of the Teichert Construction family? How much construction is Teichert doing in the City of Sac?

            I'd be willing to bet that she almost certainly is. Sacramento is basically run by and for the benefit of what appears to be a fairly limited number of people. A quick look at the last 10-15 years shows elected positions being treated as inheritable, from husband to wife or to one of the offspring. Yes, I know that behind the facade of all government is oligarchy, but the main problem here is that in Sac, none of these people are the least bit competent (or independant).
