Holder can't count to 5 (Supremes) or N (the number of progun votes in House & Senate).

And Obama's political guys are gonna throw a rag in his mouth. Obama signed a pro-gun amendment to his credit card bill because he had to.

Keeping up the pressure will render Holder irrelevant.

He is talking out of his neck. This administration has already put the nails in its coffin so to speak with all the money spent in his first 10 months in office and this health care debate. I seriously doubt, even if they dared, to try and draft and get something passed in the next year before the seats cycle back to our side. Its just not going to happen. By no means does this mean we all go take a nap, but from a probability, odds, and damage standpoint, I don't think its likely.

Holder is really losing it. He supported new gun control laws AND praised the Bush administration within the span of two sentences:

It seems incongrous to me that we would bar certain people from flying on airplanes because they are on the terrorist watch list and yet we would still allow them to posess weapons. I think that the legislation that was intially proposed by the Bush administration was well conceived and we will continue to support that.

the fact Holder thinks it is a good thing to try terrorist in NYC in Civilian Court (ignoring that they never were read their Miranda rights) and giving them a stage to spew their crap is enough to show how incompetent he is.

His views on Gun Control are no surprise to me...what is surprising is that he keeps letting the cat out of the BHO administration bad before the second term is in hand!

Yes, I think the next election is going to go very bad for the Democraps. All those people who just went "gaga" over the notion of electing a black president are now going to say, "OK, we did it and that's enough."

It's still concerning that guy who officially advises the president on the constitutionality of his actions during a crisis probably thinks it's ok to take everyone's guns away for pretty much any reason at all.
