That looks like a Century build. If it is, it's built on a DCI receiver, so it's off list and CA legal. You will need to lock the stock open to meet the min length requirement, and of course lock in a 10 round magazine. If you want a working underfolder stock, you can also add a long enough muzzle device to achieve the min length with the stock folded. The other option is to pin the stock, remove the pistol grip and go featureless so you can use those 30 round pre-ban mags.

There are still more options. One could keep the folding stock, install a mag lock (Solar Tacticals are my first choice right now) and install a fake can which is long enough to keep the rifle from becoming an AW.
