question about 30 day wait period.

i need to clear things up a little. i did a dros on 11/11 and am picking my new gun up on the 21st (10 days) i want to buy another handgun and i am wondering when i can do another dros. the way i read the law was that the 1st day counted is the date the dros was submitted (11/11) and then you count out 30 days which would be 12/10, but if i do the 30 24 hour periods (like the count the 10 day wait period) i will be at 12/11 in the early afternoon. i am asking because i searched old threads about this and guys made it seem with the way they counted i would not be able to dros until 12/13.

30 consecutive 24-hour periods from the date and time the DROS was submitted.

Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.

By looking at the OP post I am figuring on early afternoon on 12/13 your set to go for the next DROS.
