Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms should be a convenience store and not a government agency.

Q: What was the most positive result of the "Cash for Clunkers" program?
A: It took 95% of the Obama bumper stickers off the road.

What do you expect from a federal agency created to oversee a criminal organization? They were formed during prohibition as the department of revenue, these were the revenuers that came to smash snuffy smiths still and then when prohibition was repealed they had to have something to do. Its a corrupt organization that corrupts everything it touches.

I have the dvd. The BATF is out of control. The documentary shows video of BATF adding parts to non-functional guns in order to make them functional and then going after the owner who bought it as a parts kit. It also shows a high ranking BATF official telling agents to commit perjury.
Laws that forbid the carrying of arms...disarm only those who are neither inclined nor determined to commit crimes...Such laws make things worse for the assaulted and better for the assailants; they serve rather to encourage than to prevent homicides, for an unarmed man may be attacked with greater confidence than an armed man.

It IS! In Fallon, Nevada there is a roadside convenience store on Hwy. 50 (main street when you get into town) that sells guns, ammo and liquor. Had a big sign on the roof, "GUNS LIQUOR" but they went high tech and put up a constantly changing LED sign that will, for example, have "Jim Beam on Sale" and then say, "Federal .223 on Sale."
