    CA gun laws and kids, access...

    What the laws regarding kids having access to your unloaded guns? I'm concerned about when I'm doing cleaning them and they're out of the safe. They are 10 and under. They show no interest in them and couldn't even cycle the guns nor is ammo around. Moreover; they are gun aware but accidents happen!

      You may be guilty of a felony if a child gains access to that firearm and thereby causes death or injury to any person.
