question about stock-fixing a collapsible stock

Hi, I'm new here, I did a search but I didn't see anything about this subject. I am converting a saiga 12. I have a tapco intrafuse stock, and american made mag, and a bullet button. This stock is collapsible, I plan on fixing it in one position by placing a bolt and nut through the two movable pieces. Is there any reason why this would not be acceptable?

Thats exceptable. As long you can not physically collapse it or fold it by your own person. Just remember the min. 30" oal.
