    What About Pre-Owned Mags?

I can't find a discussion about the status of legally pre-owned "standard" capacity magazines after the 9th Circus decision upholding the 10 round max capacity.

What's the status going forward, given this decision, and assuming no SCOTUS action, of magazines legally owned that hold more than ten rounds? Isn't that an important question?

The legislation deemed that all 10+ round magazines are illegal in California regardless of the date of acquisition.

So, you are referring to the original legislation, not the newest 9th Circus decision? You're saying the original legislation mandates that mags that hold more than 10 rounds will be confiscated by our benevolent government?

So now it's worse then before? Just a few years ago you were allowed to keep your pre 2000 standard capacity mags. Fu California.

Can we still block mags to ten rounds?

The en banc 9th Circuit decision overturned their previous decision that the California magazine ban was unconstitutional. They currently deem the legislation to ban the possession of 10+ magazines in California as constitutional. As posted above, there are crappy options available to 10+ mag holders other than confiscation.

Just STFU about your free state mags.

But if you feel you need to comply, see post 8
