One of my friends received a letter notifying him of the handgun roster and who could buy guns not on the roster. The letter arrived two weeks ago. Came with an adhesive label. He purposely doesn't buy ammo, hasn't bought a handgun in over 20 years. Been selling handguns out through a FFL and sold 8 handguns as consignment trying to sell off a good part of his collection. Has a CCW but that's a county thing. Moved 9 times since his AW's were registered in 89.
