    2021 AB 452 Friedman - Pupil safety: parental notification: firearm safety laws



    Provides for school districts/county offices of education/charter schools/private schools/Superintendent of Public Instruction to send out a semesterly/quarterly notice that informs parents of California firearm child access prevention laws & California firearm safe storage laws (references but is not limited to CA PC Part 6 Title 4 Division 4).

      More kids would be protected if the same entities would send out notices to parents informing them that some teachers have molested or had sex with students and that parents should have an open dialog with their kids about this danger.

            Does the person proposing this requirement have an interest in a brochure printing business that would profit from the quarterly printing? And what happens during the summer recess, who will protect the children then? Or will mailings continue during the summer, at an increased cost of course.

                  well considering Im a FFL dealer they may have some troubles with that. My kid doesnt talk about guns at school but the school already knows what I do..plus..hey covid..no school gotta love these schools..like egg shells everywhere...

                        How about a law requiring schools to stay open and teach pupils basic stuff like math, writing and reading. Without CRT.
