Norinco 84S cali. llegality

Ok guys, I have a friend in Nevada who is going to be visitng for the summer.

He owns a Norinco 84S.

It is on the Robert-Roos AW list, but the flow chart does not say to check appendix A. Is this a flaw in the flowchart??

Im pretty darn shure thats its illegal in Cali by make and model.

The flow chart does state to check Appendix A, and the Norinco 84S is considered an assault weapon in California.

ahh, i see it now, just wasnt going through the chart far enough.

The checking appendix A should preceed checking appendix B and C from a logic stand point. But its there and its a fail on my part.
