I am reading an article in Navy Times right now. There is a new study that shows an average of 28 percent of military absentee ballots in the 2008 were not counted. I cant find an online link right now, but when I do it will be posted. Chuck Schumer says "this is troubling"...

In 1980 I was in the Navy and I wasn't allowed to vote during the Presidential election.
We went to sea before the absentee ballots were mailed out from California and I came back from deployment the day after the election.Frank

They were not counted because they WOULD change the election. I would bet the military votes 70-80% consevative...Land of the Free BECAUSE of the brave.
