“We are having panic buying right now for food,” San Jose Mayor Sam Liccardo said Wednesday. “The one thing we cannot have is panic buying of guns.”

Law enforcement officials confirmed Wednesday that they shut down the Bullseye Bishop with little fanfare, in one of the first enforcement actions taken in San Jose on the initial day of the shelter-in-place order.

How are they going to handle the 10 day pickups for all the people that did buy guns?

Some shops are voluntarily limiting customers, reducing hours, or appointment only. I have no problem with this. They are making a business decision and showing good faith.

BUT - when the government orders a shop to close, that's fu****g tyranny.

God speed to most, but to some the mantra has been echoed far too long and are well regulated for moments like these. The mentality that panic gun buying in store will lead to illegal transactions is mind boggling logic.

The thing is, I have no doubt that would happen. Libs, when put in extreme circumstances like this double down on hypocrisy and moral superiority to simply ignore the laws.

I could totally see a liberal buying a gun for their friend who wants it, straw purchase and all.

Licardo is just admitting to what is in the average liberal’s mind. Projection.

Of course, never mind that a run on guns is a protected exercise of rights and for a very good reason in times such as these.

My dentist office called me today saying they had to reschedule replacing my temporary crown with a permanent one and that they were only allowed to do emergency work and that my dentist was upset about it...... BUT they deemed that cannabis stores are too important to close. Unreal forcing doctors to close but keeping drug dealers open.

More important to keep the pubic on dope, as the old USSR did with its population over producing Vodka. Little bread in the shop but lots of Vodka to keep the population drunk and passive. Just sad to see so many kids stuck in a world of Dope.
