If you get prohibited here in CA does that prohibition also apply when you move to a free state? In other words, is this prohibition on your Federal Record so you won't be able to buy/posses firearms anywhere?

(I'm not prohibited and don't plan to be, just curious.)
It gets complicated. As I recall there was a case where someone was prohibited based on a conviction in another state. Later that conviction was thrown out and that person was no longer prohibited in the other state. California kept them prohibited.

      Our groceries cost less
We don't have to pay for paper or plastic
We have no problem buying machine guns or ppt at the gas station in NV

How is all that working in Cali?

when Freedom week hit cali, I was able to help bring a bunch of mags in for people.
We don't have freedom week here, we just by SCM's whenever we want, and they come with our guns when we buy them new.

Not sure about what gun rights we have lost here, but I haven't seen it.

Not even trying to brag, and it is still the same free state that I moved to.

CA needs to get guns out of the hands of many citizens who would likely protect their family and property invading/looting hordes of illegals and homeless who will rebel when CA runs out of money from productive citizens to rob.

I'm not so sure about this.

The left is more than happy to disarm blacks.

Aside from the past gun control created by the Democrats to prevent freed slaves from buying guns, we have all these current-day restrictions that essentially disarm inner-city blacks and Latinos:

          1) bans on "Saturday Night Specials" and other affordable guns
          2) high fees for the permits to buy guns
          3) "may issue" CCW in urban areas = practically no CCW in urban areas
          4) ammo restrictions
          5) no shooting ranges within easy distance of the inner city

All these have disarmed the Democrats' supposedly favorite constituents: downtrodden racial minorities who suffer the greatest gang violence in Democrat-run megacities. Not a peep from them about how racist their policies actually are in practice.

And of course per-round ammo taxes will really hurt inner city minorities' ability to defend themselves.

He's referring to all the ex-Calif's moving to NV and slowly turning the State towards Blue which will in-turn eventually morph into Calif gun laws because liberals can't help themselves.

That law means that any contact with law enforcement has the potential to add you or I to the "prohibited" category. Unconstitutional due to no process or even a fair court hearing to plead one's case, or be blacklisted if a cop/politician believes one's ideas are dangerous to say the least. Welcome to the United Soviet Socialist Republic Of California.....

Change 2 to 1, see how slippery it is.

Get picked up with a legal prescription in some else name in your possession. Your done, 30 doses, intent to sell.

Woh woh, someone's prescription? They cant prosecute you on picking up a family members prescription. Why else would you have someone elses? Let alone why would you be getting searched and explaining that? Sounds like non issue

There are plenty if cases where someone gets caught with a pill bottle from a friend or associate and get screwed. If a cop pulls you over and a bottle if oxy falls out without your name on it you are good to go? Then finds your paycheck you just cashed so also have a couple grand on you?

The point is this doesn't fit any level of scrutiny the second requires. They have no evidence people losing their rights here will actually achieve any safety.

People do not change their behavior and those californians moving into nevada will out number true Nevadans eventually and anti gun laws will prevail in that state just like muslims concentrate in certain areas of the country and take over voting control. Nevadans need to find a way to negate the influence of the anti-gun element maybe like doing a modified Swiss requirement of all households having guns for self defense and that can't be voted out.
