        AB-12 passed Senate Committee on Public Safety on 6/18 as amended.

        Date that the bill goes into effect set for 9/1/2020.
        LEOs can personally petition for GVROs on behalf of their agency.
        Makes various technical changes (someone want to sleuth through this?)
