Is that considered a frame only? It's not built yet so not really considered self built.

Well, I Volreg'd 2 AR Lowers this morning. They had no problem taking my money and the process was fairly painless.

They cashed my check a couple days ago, meaning they received my application prior to that. A background check takes a couple minutes at most, anybody who ever got pulled over by cops knows that. If the DOJ takes 90 days to process an application, it's their problem, not mine. As long as I squeeze my azz into a DMV office before 5 PM, I'll get served the same day. We should expect the same from the DOJ. If they can't do, they should stay out of this business.
