What about 80% 1911 frames unmilled yet serialized?

Is that considered a frame only? It's not built yet so not really considered self built.

"Serialized" with your serial = no serial. It needs to go through 857 process or try to volreg (no guarantee that will work either).

Well, trying to log in but getting a not available screen

          Nope.

They revealed that all homebuilds had to be registered retroactively on 5/21/18.

They had no problem taking my money...

Well, I Volreg'd 2 AR Lowers this morning. They had no problem taking my money and the process was fairly painless.

I haven't had a chance to watch it but I am going to sit down and watch that video this morning.

They did? Got a link? Seems like most of us missed that part.

Did you read the regulations? Or anything I have posted for the last year on the subject?

Sorry, had to re-read that post. Yeah, what is 5/21/18 about? I think he means the regulations came out then.

They cashed my check a couple days ago, meaning they received my application prior to that. A background check takes a couple minutes at most, anybody who ever got pulled over by cops knows that. If the DOJ takes 90 days to process an application, it's their problem, not mine. As long as I squeeze my azz into a DMV office before 5 PM, I'll get served the same day. We should expect the same from the DOJ. If they can't do, they should stay out of this business. Period.
Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book has been rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every statue and street and building has been renamed, every date has been altered. And that process is continuing day by day and minute by minute. History has stopped. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right. -1984
