Then again, it might not be a problem.
Recently, the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) outlawed motorcycles intended to kids under age 12. They have lead in them, ya know. Nothing in the link I'm attaching mentions guns, but if the CPSC can outlaw youth motorcycles, I'm not seeing a prohibition on them outlawing youth guns. Or even just giving a kid ammo while at the range.
Am I 'out there' on this?
