    I fully concur Turbinator.

    One note - AW laws are state creatures and therefor can't be prosecuted as "federal offenses." However, I bet you meant felony offenses. 2728 certainly gives gun lawyers an excellent plea bargain opportunity to keep the unwitting AW owner eligible to buy future firearms without getting a criminal record.

        Doesn't lessoning the penalties for AW manufacture actually increase the possibility that some my now manufacture AW's who would not have considered it before?

        Strange thinking by the Libs.
