          It is the responsibility of your employer to administer this training. Ask the scale house officer or call the TSA Department of Homeland Security. Is it not a policy that if you stop for lunch you must be in attendance of your placard vehicle. In plain sight or parked in a safe haven.

              That new ID program is a joke, I already had a background check done when I got my MMD from the USCG and I had to get another one done for the new TWIC card. The background check and requirements to get a TWIC card are much lower fyi. Not to mention that most ports don't even have the card readers yet and you don't even need to prove a reason for getting the TWIC, anyone can walk in and apply for one.
